But Idonea does not decide which path they must follow.

It does not turn a possibility into an application.

It does not disclose personal information because an AI system believes it might be useful.

It does not tell an employer that someone can meet a condition they have never reviewed.

The candidate chooses what they want to explore.

They decide whether an opportunity is right for them.

They review what will be shared.

Where their confirmation is needed, Idonea asks for it.

AI can help a person make sense of their experience and consider their options. It should not quietly take control of the process.
