HOW IT WORKS
A Clearer Process From Opportunity to Decision
Adonea.ai is being designed to help organizations define the work clearly and help candidates present their capabilities, experience, evidence, interests, and practical working requirements in one structured process.
Each candidate is considered independently against the opportunity’s declared requirements. Idonea does not rank, score, or compare candidates with one another.
The organization reviews the relevant evidence, makes the final hiring decision, records its job-related reasons, and remains accountable for how every candidate is considered.
01. The Organization Declares the Work
The process begins with real, funded work—not a recycled job description or a vague request for talent.
The organization defines the responsibilities, job-related requirements, working conditions, accepted forms of evidence, and anything that remains uncertain or unavailable. Idonea is being designed to turn this information into a clear opportunity record before candidates are considered.
Candidates can see what the work involves, what evidence will be considered, and whether the stated conditions are workable before deciding whether to proceed.
Requirements are declared in advance and cannot be changed later to favor or exclude a particular person.

02. The Candidate Builds and Controls Their Record
Candidates create a structured record of their capabilities, experience, evidence, interests, and practical working requirements.
Each piece of evidence shows what it supports and what kind of evidence it is, so recruiters and hiring teams can understand it without making unsupported assumptions.
Candidates can review and correct their information, decide what is relevant to share, and control when it is disclosed. Private information is not shared without their knowledge and consent, and they do not need to disclose a diagnosis or personal history simply to describe the working conditions they require.

03. Each Candidate Is Considered Independently
Adonea.ai is being designed to consider each candidate’s record against the opportunity’s declared requirements, accepted evidence, and stated working conditions.
Candidates are not compared with one another, ranked, or given an overall score. The process shows where the available evidence supports a requirement, where information remains uncertain, and where the candidate may need to confirm practical alignment.
Missing or incomplete information remains visible rather than being converted into an automated rejection.

04. A Review Cohort Is Formed Without Ranking
Candidates who meet the opportunity’s declared requirements, have relevant candidate-approved evidence, confirm their interest, and review the stated working conditions enter the review-ready population.
When more candidates are eligible than the organization can consider at one time, Idonea does not choose the “best” candidates or create a ranked shortlist. The organization agrees the cohort size in advance, and candidates are drawn from the eligible population through a non-evaluative, equal-chance process.
Every person in the cohort has the same review status. No score, ranking, or comparative order is created, and candidates who are not included in that cohort are not rejected by the process.

05. The Organization Reviews and Decides
The organization reviews every candidate in the cohort against the same declared requirements, using the relevant evidence each candidate has approved for this opportunity.
Adonea.ai does not rank candidates, recommend a preferred person, or make the hiring decision. Reviewers consider each candidate independently and record the job-related reasons for their decision.
The organization makes the final hiring decision and remains accountable for how every candidate is considered. Idonea supports clarity and traceability—it does not replace human judgment.

06. The Candidate Receives the DECISION AND Keeps Their Record
The candidate is told the outcome clearly. If they are offered the work, they receive the offer details and next steps. If they are not selected, they are told that decision and the job-related reasons recorded by the organization.
Their Adonea.ai record remains under their control. They can review and correct their information, update their capabilities, experience, evidence, interests, and practical working requirements, and carry their record forward to future opportunities.
The outcome of one opportunity does not become a permanent judgment about the candidate or prevent them from being considered for other work.
