Find Work With Dignity.
Hire People for What They Can Do.

Adonea.ai is being designed to help people make their capabilities, experience, and evidence easier to understand—and to consider opportunities against clearly declared requirements and working conditions.

For recruiters and hiring teams, Idonea.ai is being designed to provide a defined cohort of interested candidates who meet the opportunity’s declared requirements, have relevant candidate-approved evidence, and have reviewed the stated working conditions.

TALENT DEVELOPS THROUGH MANY PATHS

People build capabilities through employment, education, projects, self-employment, caregiving, recovery, and life experience.

Traditional recruitment can overlook where someone can contribute—especially when their age, disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness, caring responsibilities, or career gaps do not follow a conventional path.

Adonea.ai is being designed to connect people with opportunities by making their current capabilities, transferable experience, interests, and practical working requirements easier to understand and consider against clearly declared opportunity requirements and working conditions.

FIND THE RIGHT ROUTE FOR YOU

Whether you are looking for work, recruiting for clients, or hiring for your own team, choose the route that best reflects what you need today.

The people and situations below are fictional examples created to show how different people may use Adonea. They are not customers or testimonials.

RETURNING AFTER A CAREER BREAK

MEET BRIAN

Brian spent 30 years working in digital marketing, including leading work at an established agency. Ten years ago, his career was interrupted when he was diagnosed with cancer. He is now in remission and ready to return to work.

He brings substantial experience, but he knows the field has changed. For the past year, he has applied through LinkedIn and other job platforms without receiving a single interview.

Brian does not know where his experience is still relevant, what may need updating, or what evidence employers need to see from him now.

FINDING CONTRACT OR PROJECT WORK

MEET EMMA

Emma relies on contract and project work, but finding a suitable opportunity can take almost as much time as completing the work itself.

She repeatedly responds to vague briefs, provides the same evidence of her capabilities, and enters discussions before the scope, deliverables, rate, timeline, and expectations are clear.

Emma does not need more poorly defined opportunities. She needs clear information about the work and terms, a way to understand how her capabilities and evidence relate to the declared requirements, and enough clarity to decide whether to proceed without wasting time or repeatedly proving herself.

FINDING TEMPORARY OR FIXED-TERM WORK

MEET AMY

Amy’s permanent role ended after her employer reorganized. She needs to earn an income, but she does not want to rush into another permanent position before deciding what direction to take next.

Temporary and fixed-term opportunities are often poorly defined. Amy sees assignments without clear information about their duration, responsibilities, hours, pay, working location, or likelihood of extension. She is also repeatedly asked to provide the same documents and evidence.

Amy does not need another uncertain assignment. She needs clear information about the work and conditions, a way to assess whether the opportunity meets her immediate needs, and enough certainty to decide whether it fits the direction she wants to take next.

FINDING WORK WITH ACCESSIBLE CONDITIONS

MEET NATHAN

Nathan is an experienced quality assurance analyst returning to work after burnout. He knows the conditions that help him work well and remain well, including clear written instructions, predictable stages, and realistic expectations.

Idonea is being designed to help Nathan connect with opportunities where his capabilities, evidence, and practical working requirements can be considered together. He can share only the conditions relevant to the opportunity, without having to disclose a diagnosis or explain why he needs them.

Nathan does not need to be considered because of a diagnosis. He needs his capabilities to be considered fairly and the working conditions to be clear enough for him to decide whether the opportunity is workable.

RECRUITING FOR CLIENTS

MEET ADHYA

Adhya is an independent recruiter trusted by her clients to find people who can do the work. But unclear opportunity requirements and scattered evidence leave her spending hours checking information, resolving gaps, and explaining why a candidate should be considered.

Even when candidates meet the declared requirements, familiar job titles and conventional résumés can carry more weight than relevant capabilities and evidence.

Adhya does not need a larger candidate database. She needs clear requirements, candidate-approved evidence, and a consistent way to show that every candidate she presents meets the opportunity’s declared requirements.

HIRING TEMPORARY SUPPORT

MEET JALEN

Jalen needs temporary support after an employee begins extended leave during an important period for his team. He needs someone who can begin when required and contribute without unnecessary delay.

Temporary hiring often starts with a rushed brief or a recycled job description. Jalen then spends valuable time clarifying the assignment, checking candidate information, and discovering conflicts involving availability or working conditions too late in the process.

Jalen does not need more résumés to review. He needs a clearly defined assignment and a defined cohort of interested candidates who meet its declared requirements, are available when needed, and have reviewed and confirmed the stated working conditions.

HIRING A PERMANENT TEAM MEMBER

MEET KEVIN

Kevin needs a permanent employee as his team takes on more responsibility. He wants someone who can contribute to the work now and continue developing with the team.

Conventional hiring leaves him reviewing résumés that do not clearly show what people can do. Familiar job titles, conventional career histories, and interview performance can receive more attention than relevant capabilities and transferable experience.

Kevin does not need a larger applicant pool or a ranked shortlist. He needs a clearly defined opportunity and a defined cohort of interested candidates who meet its declared requirements, have relevant candidate-approved evidence, and have reviewed and confirmed the stated working conditions.

WHY IDONEA

Better decisions begin with clearer information.

Hiring often asks candidates, independent recruiters, and hiring teams to navigate fragmented information, repeated screening, and decisions that are difficult to understand or explain.

Adonea.ai is being built to bring clearly declared opportunity requirements, candidate-approved evidence, practical working conditions, and accountable human decision-making into one clearer process.

Adonea.ai does not rank or score candidates and does not automate rejection. Hiring decisions remain human, traceable, and accountable.
