02. DESIGN FOR DIFFERENT WAYS OF PARTICIPATING
Create accessible experiences for people with different disabilities, neurotypes, communication preferences, devices, and support needs.
03. RESEARCH WITH REAL USERS
Learn directly from candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams—including people who experience barriers in conventional recruitment.
04. PROTOTYPE AND TEST
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, then test whether people can understand and use them confidently.
05. BUILD AN ACCESSIBLE DESIGN SYSTEM
Develop reusable components, content patterns, and accessibility guidance that support a consistent experience across Idonea.
06. WORK WITH ENGINEERING
Collaborate with the Founder and engineering team to turn designs into a secure, accessible product for Idonea’s planned 2027 MVP pilot.
Who You are
01. AN INCLUSIVE PRODUCT DESIGNER
You have practical experience designing clear, intuitive digital products around real user needs.
02. KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY
You understand accessible design principles and can apply them across user journeys, content, interactions, and reusable components.
03. A THOUGHTFUL RESEARCHER
You listen without making assumptions, include people with different experiences, and turn research findings into practical improvements.
04. CLEAR AND COLLABORATIVE
You explain design decisions in plain language, welcome feedback, and work openly with product and engineering colleagues.
05. READY TO DESIGN AT AN EARLY STAGE
You are comfortable shaping ideas, testing different approaches, and creating a focused product from an evolving model.
You do not need an uninterrupted career or experience with every design tool. We value demonstrated ability, curiosity, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to inclusive design.
