FULL-STACK PRODUCT ENGINEER
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Product Engineer to turn Idonea’s product journeys into an accessible, secure, and intuitive web application.
You will work closely with the Founder and CEO and the AI Engineer to build the candidate, recruiter, and hiring-team experiences—from user interfaces and application logic to APIs and data integration.

Who You are
01. A HANDS-ON FULL-STACK ENGINEER
You have practical experience building and delivering user-facing web applications across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
02. A THOUGHTFUL PRODUCT BUILDER
You understand how technical choices affect the user experience and can turn complex journeys into clear, reliable, and intuitive products.
03. COMMITTED TO ACCESSIBLE, SECURE DESIGN
You build with accessibility, privacy, secure data handling, and user control in mind from the beginning.
04. CLEAR AND COLLABORATIVE
You explain technical decisions in plain language, document your work, welcome feedback, and collaborate openly across product, design, and AI engineering.
05. READY TO BUILD AT AN EARLY STAGE
You are comfortable taking ownership, solving practical problems, and helping shape a focused MVP in an evolving early-stage company.
You do not need an uninterrupted career or experience with every technology. We value demonstrated ability, sound judgment, curiosity, and care for the people using the product.
What You’ll Do
01. BUILD THE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
Turn Idonea’s candidate, recruiter, and hiring-team journeys into a clear, intuitive, and responsive web application.
02. DEVELOP ACROSS THE STACK
Build and maintain the user interfaces, application logic, APIs, databases, and integrations needed for the MVP.
03. CONNECT THE PRODUCT TO AI SERVICES
Work with the AI Engineer to integrate Idonea’s AI-supported capabilities, structured knowledge, evidence, and permissions into the application.
04. BUILD FOR ACCESSIBILITY AND PRIVACY
Make accessibility, candidate control, secure data handling, and identity protection part of the product from the beginning.
05. TEST AND IMPROVE THE EXPERIENCE
Create reliable tests, identify problems, and use feedback from candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to improve the product.
06. PREPARE FOR THE MVP PILOT
Help shape the smallest credible product, support deployment and monitoring, and prepare the application for Idonea’s planned 2027 pilot.
